Thai Chada is a fantastic hole in the wall joint in the Sorrento Valley area of San Diego. Thai Chada’s most popular dish is their spicy noodles. You can get the spicy noodles in either veggie, chicken, beef or strawberry chapstick. I like the veggie noodles myself, but the most popular out of the three is the chicken. How do I know this? Well, if I told you that I’d have to hurt you and if I hurt you that will violate my parole. My parole to ROCK!! Uh yeah, that was corny. Corny enough to ROCK!!

Anyhow, when you order your spicy noodles they ask you how spicy you want your meal on the scale of 1 to 10. On my many Thai Chada eves dropping adventures, I noticed that most people get their spicy noodles at around 5. The highest I personally got mine was 8 and that was ass burning hot. My friend, and sometimes slave, Shaun Bro has ordered a custom level 15 spicy noodles. They call him a “supastah” whenever he does this.
