Sunday Menudo
Sorry I’ve been so absent from this blog since the 4th of July weekend. Honestly, I think it was said weekend that completely threw me off my game here at RamenDays.com. I knew I had to throw something up on the site today for the readers. This post is dedicated to my San Diego readers. All of you should know about the Sunday morning Menudo served at any Mexican Shop before 1pm (sometimes all day). Mmmmmm….delicious.

Since this is a cooking website, check this out. I went to this new buffet in my area and when I pulled the lever on the soft serve ice cream machine I started to yell out, “2 GIRLS 1 CUP”!!!
@ Amanda, you know it gotta be some good menudo when they have the nerves to serve it in a cup. Shoot, that’s like putting a pretty girl in an ugly outfit…she’s still pretty.
@ Rich, I said the same thing when I was getting communion on Sunday. Then the priest gave me a thumbs up…it was weird. It was probably more weird cause it was a muslim church.
