I found the original post here and thought I would spread the FREE love (via Summer of 1969). FREE is, well, one of the greatest notions ever known to man. Nevermind that health-care in the United States costs an arm, leg and a Cadillac Escalade. Nevermind that BP is making our planet more oily than Wesley Snipes’ face. Nevermind that one time your boyfriend cheated on you with that monster mouth chick that works the candy counter at the movie theater. Nevermind all of that for a second because Panda Express is giving away FREE food. Whoooooooooo (via Spring Break 1998)!!!

Panda Express is giving away FREE Thai Cashew Chicken today, July 14 2010. From their website: “Experience Pandemonium with a Thai twist. Thai Cashew Chicken Breasts are back. One 5.5 oz serving of Thai Cashew Chicken contains 240 calories, 12 grams of fat (2 g sat. fat), 2 grams of fiber, 18 grams of protein and 640 mg of sodium.

I have to applaud Panda Express for being a fast food chain that actually offers some healthy options (noted with their “Healthy Wok” symbol). You can get mixed veggies instead of fried rice or  lo mein, and other healthy entrees include String Bean Chicken (which is actually good), veggie egg rolls, etc. Just be careful of the sodium. I can never resist the Beef & Broccoli!
