Not Eating Is No Diet At All
Hey! Mr. and Mrs Diet. I’m not an expert in nutrition or health, but I can tell you one thing: YOUR BODY NEEDS FOOD.
So, when you plan on going on a diet make sure those plans include you putting food in your mouth, swallowing that food, and letting that food finish the natural digestion cycle…in the mouth, out the ass (never in the mouth, out the mouth). There is nothing healthy about NOT eating at all. Yes, you will lose weight if you don’t eat…you will also shed those nutrients your body needs to stay healthy. The common misconception people perceive about diets is that they are only measured on a weight scale. So, when people see that they are losing pounds they assume that the diet is working. Well, if you aren’t eating and losing pounds you most likely are crazy ugly on the inside. Not to mention, the risk of you coming down with an illness is multiplied tenfold. The most important thing a diet should do is give you more energy physically and mentally; basically, a diet wakes you up!
Here are a few tips to use to stay healthy, feel good, and shed some pounds:
-Instead of eating 3 large meals through the course of the day, eat 6 portioned meals throughout the day. 6 smaller meals are easier to burn then 3 larger meals.
-Drink lots of water. Water helps you digest and cleans your system. Stay away from sodas and high sugar juices.
-EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE. This is the most important tip!
-Listen to your mama: “Eat your vegetables” Veggies help breakdown your food and have all those crazy good nutrients your body will love you for.
-Try not to eat heavy meals before you go to sleep for the night. If you eat a big meal and then go straight to bed, all those calories have no chance to burn. So, there is only one thing those calories will do: TURN INTO FAT!

Good tips! Another one…cooking more and eating out less is a good way to get healthier. Even if you fry everything at home, it’s probably better for you than most of what you’d go out and spend money on somewhere else! And it’s cheaper!
I agree 100%. The meat at fast food places are probably grade D meat. I wouldn’t eat any meat below grade C.
