Homemade Fries

That’s right. Don’t get all jealous of my deep frying potato skills. Actually, it doesn’t take much to make homemade fries. Just cut potatoes to the size of fries you want, dry on paper towel and throw in oil. Bam!!

Those kind of fries are the best. My sisters used to love days when I babysat them, because I’d make homemade fries and homemade chicken nuggets

Maaaaaaaaaaaaan, I wish you babysat me then. My older brother served the worst dishes when he was watching over me. It was his “speciality” dish…his speciality dish of pain and bodyslams. Oh, and on occassion he’d cook me some ramen noodles. But homemade fries…way better than pain fries.
