That’s right. Don’t get all jealous of my deep frying potato skills. Actually, it doesn’t take much to make homemade fries. Just cut potatoes to the size of fries you want, dry on paper towel and throw in oil. Bam!!

Those kind of fries are the best. My sisters used to love days when I babysat them, because I’d make homemade fries and homemade chicken nuggets
