My band, The Concrete Project, and the roster of our “I Love Stuff” music-art show will be live on-air tonight at The Speakeasy on Earthbound Radio. Please take a break from doing drugs and peeling delicious oranges and listen in tonight. You can also view a live video stream of all the antics.

In addition to being live on-air tonight, we’ll be doing a potlock in studio so I’ll be filming an episode of RamenDays.com tonight. A little two in one action as those crazy Yanks would say. The Speakeasy show airs live every Thursday night at 8pm (PST) so please be sure to tune in every week.

LOCAL CHEFS SET TO BATTLE IT OUT AT INAUGURAL SAN DIEGO ‘SUNDAY NIGHT CHEF FIGHT’

Chris Kern, the Creator of Sunday Night Chef Fights, dropped a gem of an email on me yesterday. After reading the press release that was attached to his email, I was stoked and more than pleased to promote Sunday Night Chef Fights on RamenDays.com. This holy event so close to my apartment that I could throw a rock westward and probably hit one of the culinary artists in his/her fancy Chef Boyardi hat. I am currently trying to set up an on-camera interview with Chris Kern so we can learn more about Sunday Night Chef Fights. This isn’t the last time you’re going to hear me talk about this event so stay tuned.

I have to applaud Panda Express for being a fast food chain that actually offers some healthy options (noted with their “Healthy Wok” symbol). You can get mixed veggies instead of fried rice or lo mein, and other healthy entrees include String Bean Chicken (which is actually good), veggie egg rolls, etc. Just be careful of the sodium. I can never resist the Beef & Broccoli!

Here’s my rendition of the popular top 10 song Billionaire by Travie McCoy and Bruno Mars. And I know, I know. Recently I’ve been using this site to promo my band a lot. That’s really what’s been taking up my time lately so that’s all I really have to converse about. I can’t believe I fit the word “really” twice in one sentence. That was really over the line.

In regards to my eating adventures, their really has been no new ones. I’ve been eating plenty of those Bar M Hot Links and Eggs. Really because I’ve been really busy and really broke and I really had no time to really cook anything really new. But really, I guarantee I will make a really real effort to cook something really new or get down and really review a really nice restaurant. Really with the “really” you’re asking yourself? REALLY!!!

I miss those days when I ate real food, really.
