Don’t ask me why, but lately I’ve been on a journey to find the perfect egg combination. Maybe because I am a man and I am naturally attracted to all things ovarian related. This adventure first started with my Fishy Eggs Recipe and it continues with this new contraption.
Ingrediants
-Quarter of an onion
-One medium potato
-One clove garlic
-3 eggs (scrambled)
-Cheese

First we’ll start with our potato and garlic and mince

Or you can do like me, cheat and use a food processor.
Scramble your ovaries.

Heat some oil up. Not too much oil. Like enough to cover your face with. You’re going to want the heat on medium-high.

Now put in your potato/garlic stuffs. Haha, I said “Put in”.

Take your onion and chop.
At this point your potato mix should start to brown.

Now throw in your onions. I love onions so I used a lot. You throw in your onions last because if you overcook your onions they tend to lose their flavor. Cook this mixture until the onions start to give off a strong aroma.

Throw your scrambled eggs directly on top of the mixture. Haha I said “on top”. Do not scramble. Just let it sit exactly like this for a minute or so.

Now is a good time to get some cheese goin.

Plop the cheese right on to the pile. Notice how the egg is cakin’ up on the side. Now we have a little omelet action goin.

Damn it, I left the egg on the pan longer than I was supposed to, but that’s okay cause as they say in the streets, “it’s not the color of the skin, it’s the motion of the ocean.” Or is it, “It’s not the size of the color, it’s how you play the game”. Eh, only god will ever know.Anyhow, fold your egg like so. Let it cook for another minute or so. Flip and let cook on the other side for a minute or so. Take out of pan and enjoy them ovaries.

That looks good. All that’s missing is a little ketchup
This is what I made yesterday:
” “That’s not bacon. Those are great northern beans.” “Oh *puts down fork*”
Melted butter, potato slices, great northern beans (drained), onions, paprika and black pepper on a foil lined baking tray, cooked until browned, then covered with mozzarella the last few minutes of cooking. Everyone loved it until someone said “This is good, especially the bacon
