Ingrediants
-As many potatoes as you want (sliced into strips)
-Seasoned bread crumbs
-2 eggs

Wash and cut your potatoes into slices. I like to call them Kimbo Slices.

Scramble an egg (or two). That’s what I tell women to turn them on: “Girl, I’m about to scramble your eggs”. I never get the women though. I do not know why.

Pour your bread crumbs into a bowl.

Take a baking sheet and cover it with a piece of foil. Put some oil on a piece of napkin and spread evenly on the foil. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Dip your potato slice in the egg. <— now say this in a sexual context for a cheap laugh.

Roll your potato slice in the bread crumbs <—now say this in a sexual context for a not so pleasant (and very weird) mind picture.

Place your slices in the oven and cook for 30 mins at 350 degrees. DO NOT cook on high heat because that will cause the outside to cook while the inside remains raw. Imagine an apple with a crispy shell. Yuck!

After about 30 mins or so your fries should be crispy brown. A good indication that your fries are cooked all the way through is to poke one of them with a fork. If the fork goes through the fry smoothly then it is cooked through.
NOTE: You can use this same recipe for cheese sticks. Just replace the potatoes with mozzarella cheese sticks and follow these same directions.

Enjoy with your favorite sauces. I use soy sauce and Mexican hot sauce. A little east meets south of the border action. Speaking of that – how come they never came out with an Asian and Mexican buddy cop show? The Asian cop would wear his police uniform, but he would always wear a karate bandana with it and the Mexican cop would trick out the cop car with some hydraulics. Then the Asian cop would eat the Mexican cop’s dog. Ughhh, nevermind, now I see why this show never came to be.
